My New Year Resolutions! 2015

My New Year's Resolutions!
2015

Hello anyone reading! Thanks for stopping by and taking time out of your day to read my posts. It means a lot! Anyway, today because it's New Years Eve (I know, O My Gosh. This year's gone way too fast...) I wanted to tell you guys and girls my resolutions! Here you go, enjoy.

  1. Get more sleep! ~ This year I would like to try to go to bed earlier because I think it will help make it easier to get up in the morning before school when I just want to roll over, close my eyes and drift off again.
  2.  2. Drink more water! ~ I feel like this one is really important. This year I would like to drink more water because it does wonders to your body and I feel like it's something everyone should try! ;)
  3.  Smile more! ~ Sadly I think I don't smile enough so it's on my list!
  4. Get more exercise... ~ I hate this one but I put it on my list last one but I failed... Oops.
  5. Get more organised ~ I'm actually thinking of some new tips and tricks for organising my life more. I don't know if I'll achieve it though.
  6. Read more! ~ I'm not a nerd (I promise.) but I love to read so I think this will be a nice and easy one.
  7. Try my best! ~Even if it's something I'm not keen on or I find really difficult, I really want to try harder and everything. Not just school but everything, even tidying my room and getting out of bed and staying healthy.
  8. Try something new ~ I would really like to step outside my comfort zone a bit and try something I wouldn't usually do. I don't know what yet but I put it on my list because I am sure I will find something.
  9. Be more thankful for what I have! ~ Again, I feel like everyone should try this. I feel like this is important and I don't do it enough. My life isn't very easy at the moment for my personal reasons and I want to try and look at what I still have other than what I've lost. That was deep.
  10. Think more ~ Just think about stuff. It's not difficult.
  11. Look at the world ~ This year I want to try and get out the house more and visit new places and look at the world around me. I don't want to always be looking at my phone, I want to use my eyes for more important things!
  12. Learn to accept myself.
  13. Capture the moment! I want to take more pictures of my life so they'll remind me of happy memories. I want to do more photography and learn more about it.
  14. I also want to help others more ~ I want to help more people with their problems and not be so self-centred. I want to help people who need someone to talk to.
That's my list done! Comment down below your resolutions and what you want to achieve this year. I hope you guys and girls have an awesome night partying and have a really wonderful new year.
Enjoy 2015 and I can't wait to try and achieve my resolutions!
Hope you liked the post, remember to comment!

Christmas Time!

Hello again,

Today is Christmas Day, as you probably know, and I have had quite an awesome day. It started of with me waking up to the excitement of my two brothers and it took me a minute to realize what day it was. I got up and basically ran out of the room and downstairs to see my brothers giggling. We then watched How the Grinch stole Christmas until it was 7 o'clock and we were finally aloud in my parents room to open our stockings.

For some reason, Joe (my youngest brother, who is 4) decided it would be funny to dump all his presents on me. My parents room is on the third floor of our house so that meant I had to carry to stockings full of presents and extra ones that had fallen out, up a flight of stairs. It was difficult, more difficult than it sounds.

In my stocking, I got a lot of sweets and chocolate and sachets of hot chocolate. Other things I got were little bath stuff and makeup. Basic girly essentials. After, we went downstairs and had breakfast and I played with some of the toys my brothers got in their stockings.

After breakfast, we opened our presents from under the tree. I didn't get a big present but that's fine because my mum said she'll take me out shopping and get me something then. I got a toy unicorn and a cuddly snowman toy, which I am happy about. I'm never gonna be too old for cuddly toys. Just saying.

To be honest, I don't really know why I am telling you this. Christmas is my favourite time of year... I know I said I am having a pretty awesome day, but I can't help feel it's not right. It's different this year. I don't know if it's because I'm getting older but this year my life has changed a lot for reasons. I guess it's that. I don't like it really, obviously I still love Christmas as much as I love hot chocolate and Disney films (*cough cough* A LOT) and I'm not going to turn into Scrooge or anything, I just preferred Christmas when it was normal.
Maybe it will be perfect again soon.

I don't know if your Christmas's are changing each year but it seems to be that mine are. Let me know in the comments, I would love to know how your Christmas time is!
Thank you for reading, sorry it was loooong!!

PS. I have to go for my Christmas dinner. Enjoy yours! I'll write again soon! ;)

Tips on ~ Keeping warm in the colder months!

Keeping Warm!

Hello!

I know I've already posted today but it was only an intro so I thought I would do another one. My post today is going to be my tips on how to keep warm in the winter/cold days. As we all know, winter is cold! And not many people like being cold. So when you are in the cold, you want to be as warm as you possibly can! So here are my tips!

  1. Wear gloves and socks! ~ Make sure you're toes and fingers are warm. They don't get the most blood flow which is why they easily get cold.
  2. Double layer! ~ Wear leggings under jeans, tank tops and vests under shirts and if you're wearing boots wear double socks!#
  3. Drink something warm! ~ Make some hot chocolate (my favourite!) or warm milk or coffee or any hot drink you prefer, to keep your insides warm. That sounds really odd... Keep your insides warm!
  4. Wrap up inside as well as out! ~ If you are cold whilst inside your house, wrap yourself in a throw blanket or put on a bigger/warmer sweater and some fluffy socks (another fave of mine!) and have a hot drink.
  5. Dress appropriately! ~ Check the temperature and weather before you leave the house. Make sure you dress up warmer if it's cold or a good waterproof coat if it's raining.

I hope you liked this post and it helped in some shape or form! Enjoy your winter and wrap up warm! I will write again soon!

Intro!

Introduction To Me and My Blog!

Hello anyone reading this, my name is Tilly and I am just the average girly girl and to be honest I am not very interesting. But my life is difficult so I thought I would start my blog to bring myself some happiness. I have friends who will listen to me whine and moan but they just don't understand so it's difficult.
I don't really care if anybody's reading this or not, I guess it's just little me talking to the big internet.

My hobbies include: Music, singing, eating, sleeping, hanging out with friends, playing the guitar, writing and social media. I love writing ~ I write about almost everything. I have a diary that I write in almost everyday and I love writing songs and I love writing stories about anything and everything.

I like working hard at school (nooo, I am not a nerd if that's what you're thinking!) because I like doing well. I like fluffy socks and hot chocolate (yes... of course with marshmallows and cream!!), I like make up and doodling in the back of my maths book without the teacher seeing. I'm a bit weird, and not everybody's cup of tea. I'm not fake and I don't always look like a supermodel. Aha. I do like my PJ's and messy buns ;) I hate bugs and I am extremely and utterly terrified of spiders (no matter the size of it!) and sometimes I speak so fast no body understands what I'm saying.

So, that's me! Hope you like my first post!
